You see exactly which of your pillars are Verified, which are stated awaiting verification, and what action earns the Verified badge for each. Vfane is a strategic partner, not just a lead gen site.
How onboarding works

We list you from public data
Vfane may create a basic profile for your business using publicly available records — manufacturer certifications, entity standing, and public business listings. This happens before you sign up.

Claim your profile
Create a Vfane account, verify your identity, and claim your profile. Upload your Certificate of Insurance (COI), add portfolio photos, write your bio, and set your service area.

Get pillars verified
Once your COI is reviewed and your profile is complete, each pillar you selected is independently checked against its named source. Verified pillars show a V badge; the rest display as Stated by contractor — neutrally, never as a mark against you — with guidance on what earns the badge. You appear in homeowner search results once Vfane approves your profile — verification is depth, not the door: each badge you earn strengthens how your profile reads.
