How onboarding works

We list you from public data
Vfane may create a basic profile for your business using publicly available records — permit history, manufacturer certifications, entity standing. This happens before you sign up.

Claim your profile
Create a Vfane account, verify your identity, and claim your profile. Upload your Certificate of Insurance (COI), add portfolio photos, write your bio, and set your service area.

Get pillars verified
Once your COI is reviewed and your profile is complete, each pillar you selected is independently checked against its public source. Verified pillars show a V badge; the rest stay Claimed with guidance on what would upgrade them. You appear in homeowner search results once at least one pillar is Verified.

What Vfane costs

Nothing. Vfane is free for all contractors during the early stage. No subscription, no lead fees, no hidden charges. We may introduce pricing in the future, but you will always have advance notice and the option to leave with your data.

How donations work

Contractors may choose to make a voluntary donation to support Vfane. Donations are entirely optional and have absolutely no effect on your verified pillars, search position, visibility, lead priority, or any other platform feature. A contractor who donates is treated exactly the same as one who does not.
